AveLu Tech is based in Greensboro. Most of what we do happens remotely, which means a shop in Winston-Salem, a dental office in Cary and a manufacturer outside Charlotte all get the same response time. When something genuinely needs a person standing in front of it, we drive out.
Our home base. Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington, Kernersville, Thomasville, Asheboro and Lexington.
The Triad is where we are, so it is where we show up in person most often. The business mix here has shifted: a lot of the old furniture and textile floors are now precision manufacturing and supply chain work, which means primes asking about CMMC and NIST 800-171. Alongside that there are hundreds of family-owned trades, shops, gyms and restaurants that have never had an IT person and do not want to hire one. We serve both, and the pricing is published for each.
Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest and Holly Springs.
The Triangle runs on professional services and research spillover: law firms, financial advisors, CPA practices, medical and dental groups, and startups that just received their first customer security questionnaire and do not know how to answer it. That last one is the call we take most often here. If a contract or an insurer is asking you to prove how you handle data, that is the work we do.
Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Matthews, Mooresville, Gastonia and Rock Hill.
Charlotte is a banking town, and that reaches much further down than the towers uptown. Independent advisors, insurance agencies, CPA firms and small lenders all fall under the FTC Safeguards Rule, and most of them found that out from a regulator or a carrier rather than from their IT provider. There is also a serious manufacturing and logistics base around the metro with the same supply chain security questions the Triad gets.
All fifty states, remote first.
Almost none of modern IT work requires anyone to be in the room. Email, accounts, security, backups, updates, monitoring and support all happen remotely, and they happen the same way whether you are twenty minutes away or two time zones away. We support clients across the country on the same flat pricing, the same response targets and the same emergency line.
The honest exception is hardware. If a machine needs to be physically replaced, a network needs to be cabled, or a new location needs to be built out, that needs hands. Inside the Triad, the Triangle and Charlotte we handle it ourselves. Outside those areas we either ship preconfigured equipment to you, walk your team through it on a call, or coordinate a vetted local technician and stay on the line while they work. You are never left to figure it out alone, and we tell you which of those three it will be before you sign anything.
Call and ask. If we are not the right fit for where you are, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
