Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

This policy covers avelutech.com, our forms, our email, and our text messages. Last updated October 26, 2026.

1. Who we are

AveLu Tech, LLC ("AveLu Tech," "we," "us") provides website design, local search and advertising services, Microsoft 365 licensing and setup, and staff orientation to small businesses. 2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, subscribe to our newsletter, book a call, or become a client, you may give us your name, company name, email address, phone number, mobile number, industry, and the answers you enter. When you become a client, we also collect the information needed to do the work you hired us for: website content and hosting access, Google Business Profile and Google Ads account access, Microsoft 365 tenant and license details, and the names and email addresses of the people we set up.

Information collected automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Webflow and HubSpot to measure traffic, remember your form progress, and connect a form submission to the page you came from. This includes your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source. You can block cookies in your browser; some forms may then not work.

3. How we use it

• To reply to you and deliver what you asked for, such as a guide or a proposal
• To provide services under a signed agreement and to invoice for them
• To send our newsletter and occasional plain-English tips, only if you opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every email
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us
• To meet legal, accounting, and insurance obligations

4. Advertising and measurement

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads bring people to us. These tools set cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. When we manage Google Ads or Google Business Profile for a client, the data in that account belongs to the client, and we use it only to do that work.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send conversational, person-to-person messages about your work with us: appointment confirmations, replies to support requests, links to documents you asked for, and short updates. We do not send marketing text messages. Message frequency varies; most clients receive fewer than four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including HubSpot (CRM, forms, and email), Microsoft (email, calling, and text messaging through Microsoft 365 and Teams Phone), Google (Analytics, Ads, and Business Profile), Webflow (website hosting), and our accounting and payment providers. We also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

7. How long we keep it

We keep prospect information for as long as we have an active conversation with you, and client information for the length of the engagement plus the period our accounting, legal, and insurance obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time; we will do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

8. How we protect it

We apply the same controls we recommend to clients: multi-factor authentication on every account, least-privilege access, encrypted storage and transit, and vendor platforms with published security certifications. No method is perfect. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message or by emailing us
• Stop text messages by replying STOP
• Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing andres@avelutech.com

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version and its date are always posted at avelutech.com/privacy.
