These terms explain what we text, how often, how you opt in, and how you stop. Last updated September 2, 2026.
AveLu Tech, LLC ("AveLu Tech," "we," "us") sends conversational text messages to clients and prospects who have asked to hear from us by text. Messages are sent from +1 (984) 489-0871 and are written and sent by a person, not an automated system. Typical messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your support requests, links to documents you have asked for such as an intake form or a proposal, and short updates on work in progress.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, bulk messages, or automated alerts under this program.
You can consent to receive text messages from us in one of three ways: by checking the SMS consent box on a form at avelutech.com/contact, by agreeing to the text messaging clause in your AveLu Tech service agreement, or by sending a text message to +1 (984) 489-0871 first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.
Message frequency varies with your active work with us. Most clients receive fewer than four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will not send you further text messages unless you opt in again. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Delivery may be delayed or fail because of factors outside our control, including carrier network issues.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at avelutech.com/sms-terms with the date of the last update.
