Terms of Service

Plain-English terms for our website and online payments.

These terms cover avelutech.com and payments you make to AveLu Tech, LLC online. Last updated October 30, 2026.

1. Who we are

AveLu Tech, LLC ("AveLu Tech," "we," "us") is a North Carolina limited liability company. We provide website design, local search and advertising services, Microsoft 365 licensing and setup, and staff orientation to small businesses. 2. Your signed agreement comes first

We do client work only under a signed agreement: the AveLu Small Business Service Agreement or the AveLu Master Service Agreement, plus a signed Service Order or Statement of Work. That signed agreement sets the scope, price, term, payment, cancellation, and liability rules for your services. If these terms and your signed agreement say different things, your signed agreement wins.

3. Prices on this website

Prices on avelutech.com describe our standard rates. They are not an offer to contract. Your price is the one on your signed Service Order. Prices do not include sales tax. Where the law requires it, we add tax as a separate line on your invoice.

4. How payments work

• We accept bank draft (ACH) and major cards through our payment processor, Stripe. Bank draft has no extra fee and is the way we prefer to be paid.
• Monthly plans and modules bill in advance by autopay. You set up autopay before your start date and keep a valid payment method on file.
• Websites and setup projects are paid in full at signing (5% less), or in 12 equal monthly payments by autopay, the first at signing. The monthly option is the standard price. It is not a loan, and no interest or finance charge applies.
• Microsoft and Google licenses bill as your Service Order shows and follow the vendor's term rules.
• By paying through a payment link, invoice, or the customer portal, you authorize us to charge the payment method you give for the amounts your signed agreement allows.

5. Refunds

• If we have not started the work, we refund your first payment in full.
• Monthly plans bill in advance and are not refunded for a partial month.
• Onboarding fees are not refunded once onboarding starts.
• License fees follow Microsoft's and Google's rules. Most licenses can be cancelled or reduced only within 7 days after the order or renewal.

If you think a charge is wrong, tell us within 30 days at billing@avelutech.com and say which line and why. We answer within 10 business days.

6. Cancelling

Monthly plans run month to month. To end one, send a text or email at least 30 days before the day you want it to end. Some modules have a 3-month minimum, and a project on 12 monthly payments is owed as your Service Order says. Your signed agreement has the full rules.

7. Third-party platforms

Some services run on platforms you pay directly, such as Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, and Google Ads spend. Those platforms have their own terms and prices. We do not hold your ad spend.

8. Using this website

You may use avelutech.com to learn about our services, download our guides, and contact us. Do not try to break, overload, or scrape the site, or send us malicious files. The text, graphics, and guides on this site belong to AveLu Tech, LLC. You may share a link or print a guide for your own business use.

The guides and articles on this site are general information, not professional advice for your business. This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, AveLu Tech is not liable for losses from using this website. Liability for client work is set only by your signed agreement.

9. Privacy and text messages

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Our SMS Terms cover text messages.

10. Governing law

North Carolina law governs these terms. Your signed agreement sets how disputes about client work are resolved.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version and its date are always posted at avelutech.com/terms. A change to these terms does not change a signed agreement.
